Allison Lerma

Allison Lerma, AIA, NCARB, serves as a Senior Architect at Overland Partners since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Project Executive and Associate II at PBK from February 2014 to August 2021, and an Architectural Intern at Drewry Martin, Inc. from September 2012 to February 2014. Additional experience involves serving as a Project Manager at Absolute Design Partners LLC, focusing on site analysis and design development, and teaching swimming as a Swim Instructor at Lifetime Fitness. Prior coaching experience includes acting as an Age Group Swim Coach for Northside Independent School District and San Antonio Wave. Allison holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The University of Texas at San Antonio, earned between 2004 and 2009.
