Eric Rubinstein

Eric Rubinstein is a seasoned executive and Managing Partner of Energy at Overlay Capital, LLC, where they currently accelerate the growth of early-stage renewable and technology enterprises. They previously held significant roles, including VP of Finance and Strategy at Silicon Ranch Corporation and CFO at Leyline Renewable Capital, LLC. Eric has served on the board of the Clean Air Partnership to enhance Nashville's air quality and is a founding COO and current board member of LiveSchool. They earned a BA in Classics & Archaeology from Haverford College and continue their studies at The Intercollegiate Center for Classical Studies.
