William Ernesto Zepeda Argueta

William Ernesto Zepeda Argueta has worked in various roles since 2003. William Ernesto started as an English Instructor at Centro Escolar Colonia Ciudad Obrera in 2003, teaching basic English to rural community schools in El Salvador. In 2006, they became the Shift Supervisor at Phoenix Tubular Resources, where they were responsible for inspecting oil tubular and drilling materials by way of ultrasound and electromagnetic interference and supervising the 2nd shift inspection crew. In 2016, they began working as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Expert Global Solutions (now Alorica). In 2019, they moved to Primary Services as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, where they were in charge of inbound sales of retail electricity and non-commodity services for residential customers, as well as processing payments and account maintenance. In 2021, they joined Global Contact Enterprises as a Lead Generation Specialist. Currently, they are employed at Overpass as a Sales Development Specialist.

William Ernesto Zepeda Argueta graduated from North Shore Senior High School in 1998 with a High School Diploma in Accounting. During their time at North Shore Senior High School, they also studied Accounting and Computer Science.
