Amanda Femal

Amanda Femal is an accomplished professional in international development and compliance, currently serving as Managing Director of Analytics & Compliance at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation since February 2020. Previously, Amanda held various positions at USAID, including Senior Advisor and Asia/MENA Team Lead in the Development Credit Authority. Amanda's earlier experience includes roles as an Analyst at The QED Group, IRnet® Program Specialist at the World Council of Credit Unions, and Community Economic Development Specialist with the Peace Corps. Amanda holds a Master of International Public Affairs from the La Follette School of Public Affairs at UW-Madison and a Bachelor of Science in Business from Miami University.
