Ella De Blois is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in investment management and environmental finance, currently serving as the Regional Managing Director for Latin America at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation. Prior roles include Senior Director at Conservation International, where Ella led equity investments and developed financing solutions for environmental projects, and positions at Blue Nature Alliance and Total Impact Capital, focusing on blue finance and impact investing, respectively. Ella holds multiple degrees, including a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as a professional certificate in Sustainable Finance from Columbia University.
