John Mantini

John Mantini is an experienced professional with a robust background in human resources, labor relations, and employee relations. Currently serving as an Independent Contractor for the Overseas Private Investment Corporation since January 2015, John handles management-side federal union matters and manages employee relations issues. In addition, John has been a Rule of Law Advisor at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, Iraq, since 2007, and serves as Assistant General Counsel for the Millennium Challenge Corporation since 2004. John's academic qualifications include a law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law, obtained between 1976 and 1979.
