Mical Caldwell is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in utilizing financial and project data to develop systems for data collection and accessibility. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation since September 2022, Mical specializes in data visualization and promoting data-driven decision-making. Previous roles include Data Analyst at the DC Department of Health, founder and Chief Analyst at Cameo Analytics, and various positions in educational data management, including Director of Data, Systems and Analysis, and Manager of Data and Assessments.
