Jill Sutton

Jill Sutton is the current Chief People Officer at Oversight. Prior to this, they served as the SVP Enterprise Talent Development at nThrive from February 2016 to October 2020. Jill has also held the position of VP, Learning and Talent Management at MedAssets from April 2013 to February 2016, and Director Sales Learning and Development at Cox Communications from June 2011 to March 2013. In addition, Sutton has served as the Director Sales Education at McKesson Corporation from February 2008 to June 2011, and Global Sales Operations Manager at AT & T from October 2006 to February 2008. Jill began their career in 2001 as a Senior Training Manager at BellSouth Business.

Jill Sutton received their M Ed from The University of Georgia in the field of Adult Education / Organizational Development. Jill also received their BBA from University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in Risk Management and Insurance. In addition, they have two certifications from LinkedIn - one in Executive Presence on Video Conference Calls and the other in Unconscious Bias.
