Mandy Sharpe is an accomplished Client Success Manager with a robust background in operations and customer success. Currently at Oversight since September 2022, Mandy leads client relationships for a significant account comprising 20 subsidiaries that contribute $2.2M in annual revenue. Previously, from September 2017 to September 2022 at Stealth Monitoring, Inc., Mandy managed a regional customer base of 287 accounts, generating $3M annually and enhancing revenue through strong client relationships. Earlier experience includes serving as an English Teacher with Anne Arundel County Public Schools, focusing on developing leadership and teamwork skills in students.
