Jim Cross

Jim Cross is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the construction and investment sectors. As the Owner of Oversite since July 2015, Jim Cross specializes in Owner Rep services for commercial development projects. Additionally, Jim Cross has served as President of Century Investment Partners since January 2015 and has been a Board Member at Franklin Synergy Bank and Williamson Medical Center since January 2009 and January 2008, respectively. Jim Cross has also managed all aspects of Century Construction Company, Inc. as Owner since December 1983. Educational background includes studies at Brentwood Academy and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
