Paula Harris has extensive experience in business development and marketing, currently serving in roles as Business Development at Oversite and Partner at AE Guidance LLC since January 2024. Prior to these positions, Harris was the Executive Vice President - Principal at Thrivence, a consulting subsidiary of Barge Design Solutions, Inc., from September 2022 to January 2024. Harris has a long tenure at Barge Design Solutions, holding various executive roles including Executive VP, Chief Relationship Officer and Executive VP, Chief Marketing Officer from October 2001 to September 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Marketing Director at Wiser Company, Marketing Coordinator at EnSafe, Inc., and Environmental Scientist at Osco, along with early career experience as a Marketing Coordinator at The EDGe Group. Harris holds a BS in Engineering Science and Technical Communications from Vanderbilt University.
