Anniek Schouten

Anniek Schouten is the COO and co-founder of Overstory, a company that specializes in organizational transformation. Anniek has over three years of experience as a consultant with Kirkman Company, where they were part of the HR & Change practice. In this role, they helped establish an HR function that is relevant to the business, develop a distinctive approach to achieving change, and design and develop the right organizational structure and culture. Anniek is B Corp certified and a strategic partner of B Lab Europe.

Anniek Schouten has a Master of Science in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Anniek also has a Bachelor of Science in Arbeids- en organisatiepsychologie from the University of Amsterdam, and a Minor in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam. Anniek also has a VWO in Economics and Society with Mathematics, Biology and Physics from Meridiaan College het Nieuwe Eemland in Amersfoort.
