Claudia Boykin, M.S., has extensive experience in sports and event operations, currently serving as the Lead Retail Brand Ambassador for eCommerce and Warehouse at the Atlanta Hawks, where responsibilities include order fulfillment, inventory management, and guest experience enhancement. Additionally, Claudia holds positions as an Event Operations Assistant at Overtime and an Event Day Host at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, focusing on fan engagement and guest interactions.
