Carol Biggs

Carol Biggs is a Board Member at Overtown Youth Center. Carol previously served as the Chief Nursing Officer at Jackson Memorial Hospital from December 2017 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were the Vice President & Chief Nursing Officer at Baptist Health South Florida from January 2004 to December 2017.

Carol Biggs has a Doctor of Health Science from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor's Degree from Rutgers University - Newark, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
