Shelby Loock

Shelby Loock has extensive experience in the arts and customer service, currently serving as a Ticket Office Service Assistant at the Overture Center for the Arts since October 2019. Prior to this role, Shelby worked as the Patron Services Coordinator for the Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra from October 2021 to November 2022 and as an Order Processing Associate at A-R Editions from May 2019 to October 2021. Shelby's career began with an internship in education at the Madison Symphony Orchestra in early 2018. In addition to professional experience, Shelby holds a Bachelor's degree in Music Promotion & Industry and English with a Writing Concentration from Edgewood College, obtained in 2018.
