Javier Guerrero Sánchez

Javier Guerrero Sánchez has a diverse work experience in various research and development roles. Javier worked at Overture Life as a Biomedical Research & Product Development PhD, focusing on Assisted Reproduction Technologies. At MedTech For Solutions, Inc, they completed an Industrial PhD Internship. Javier also worked at Universidad Politècnica de Madrid as a Junior Research Analyst, where they developed a business plan for the spin-off company OncoRec Diagnostics. Additionally, they gained experience in International R&D Project Management at CNIC - Spanish National Center for Cardiovascular Research.

Javier Guerrero Sánchez completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biotechnology at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid from 2013 to 2017. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Clinical Genetics and Assisted Reproduction at the Universidad de Alcalá from 2017 to 2019. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Universidad Camilo José Cela and completed an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Course at IESE Business School.

In 2018 and 2019, Javier pursued a Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Biomedical Engineering at the VIU - Universidad Internacional de Valencia. Later, in 2020 and 2021, they attended the Universidad Pablo de Olavide to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biotechnology. Currently, they are enrolled at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Veterinary Biomedical and Clinical Sciences, which they started in 2021 and is expected to complete in 2023.

Javier also holds several certifications related to their field of study. These include the ESHRE 38th Annual Meeting certification obtained from the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE) in July 2022, the SSR 54th Annual Meeting certification obtained from the Society for the Study of Reproduction in December 2021, the ASEBIR XI Annual Congress certification obtained from ASEBIR Asociación para el Estudio de la Biología de la Reproducción in November 2021, and the ESHRE 35th Annual Meeting certification obtained from ESHRE in June 2019.
