Leila Pirbay

Leila Pirbay is a Principal at Overture Ventures, where the focus is on partnering with visionary founders to support early-stage climate startups in navigating regulatory challenges and securing government funding for a decarbonized future. Previously, Leila served as a Director at EQT Ventures, where the mission involved empowering entrepreneurs, and held roles as a Scout at Alter Global and a Fintech Investor at the Stanford GSB Impact Fund. Leila's career began at Stripe in a growth role for the Italian market, followed by experience at Endeavor, Blueline - Madagascar, Experience Morocco, and Kearney. Educational credentials include an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a Master in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Economics from Harvard University.
