Stephon X. Jones

Stephon X. Jones is currently a Systems Engineer, Compliance & Security at Overview Computer Services. Stephon has been in the IT industry for over 10 years and has a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector. Stephon got their start in the IT industry as a Technician II (MSP) with Right Click, Inc. where they provided workplace IT solutions, remote IT support, computer repair, and networking services. Stephon then transitioned to working as a freelance web developer where they built custom websites, applications, and components for their clients. Stephon then took on a Store Manager role with GameStop where they managed and operated a multi-million dollar retail store. Stephon was responsible for hiring and training staff, managing P&L statements, relocating to various stores to assist with product organization and employee training, assisting customers, and managing inventory and payroll for all hired employees. Stephon then decided to start their own business, Jonesytech, where they provided IT consulting services to small businesses in the area. Stephon has since transitioned back into the corporate world and is currently a Systems Engineer, Compliance & Security at Overview Computer Services where they are responsible for ensuring that the company's IT systems are compliant with all industry regulations and standards.

Stephon X. Jones has a degree in philosophy from UC Irvine, as well as a certification in music theory and composition from Mount San Jacincto College. Stephon is also certified by RangeForce in their Community Edition All-Star program, and by CompTIA in their A+, IT Operations Specialist – CIOS, Network+, and Security+ programs.
