Dana Barzilay has a strong background in human resources and executive management. Dana began their career at IKEA Group, where they served as the Head of Human Resources, participating in HR policy-making processes and implementing development processes and improvement practices. Dana then joined HOT mobile as the Head of Human Resources, responsible for annual and multi-annual work plans, organizational processes, and an annual budget of NIS 250 million. Dana was also a member of the senior management team and ensured ISO maintenance. After HOT mobile, Dana Barzilay joined Cyberbit as the Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, they were an executive management member reporting to the CEO, leading the global HR function. Dana participated in strategic decisions, annual planning, investment rounds, acquisitions, and divestments. Dana partnered with the CEO to hire and build strong leadership teams. Currently, Dana is the Chief People Officer at Overwolf, where they continue to utilize their expertise and experience in HR and executive management.

Dana Barzilay holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management, which was obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. This degree was earned from 2002 to 2004. Prior to that, Dana also completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university, spanning from 1999 to 2002.
