Jen Davis serves as the Senior Director of Customer & Business Operations at OVHcloud since March 2017, overseeing daily operations for digital, mid-market, and enterprise clients while managing the PnL for financial alignment and success. Previous roles include Director of Learning and Development, where Jen established an internal team to enhance customer learning experiences using AGILE practices, and Director of Customer Experience, enhancing service delivery in a hyper-scale cloud environment. Prior to OVHcloud, Jen held various positions at GoDaddy from October 2009 to February 2017, including Program Marketing Manager and Project Manager, focusing on utilizing feedback for scalable operations across multiple services. Jen is an alumnus of West Virginia University.
