Joanna Kermezian-Couffrand

Joanna Kermezian-Couffrand serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager at OVHcloud since January 2021. Previously, Joanna held the position of Learning & HR Development Manager at Ubisoft Paris Studio from November 2012 to October 2018, where responsibilities included deploying training plans aligned with strategic goals, creating internal training programs, and overseeing training conducted by experts in various fields such as programming and game design. Joanna also worked as a Recruitment Manager at Ubisoft Paris Studio, focusing on recruiting profiles ranging from junior to senior across multiple disciplines. Earlier experience includes roles as a Junior HR Generalist at Ubisoft from July 2011 to October 2012 and as a Recruitment & Training Assistant at Bouygues UK and CCLD Recrutement. Joanna earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Development from Rennes School of Business and continues education at the Norwegian School of Economics.
