Joseph Carlos

Joseph CARLOS is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer service and support leadership across various global organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Worldwide Premier Customer Services at OVHcloud since August 2021, Joseph has previously held significant roles including Chairman of The International Customer Support Professionals Association since September 2010, and Director positions at QuestionPro and Smart AdServer. Joseph's career began in January 2000 with WebGain as Head of Support for EMEA and includes notable positions at Microsoft and Parrot. An accomplished academic, Joseph holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a degree in International Business Management from Birkbeck, University of London, along with studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne and Institut Point Com.
