Julien Ringuet has over a decade of experience in customer service leadership, currently serving as the Head of Keepbiz Customer Service for France and EMEA at OVHcloud since November 2011. In this role, Julien is responsible for defining team missions, managing client relationships, overseeing recruitment, and ensuring productivity and quality performance. Julien also leads teams across multiple locations, including Roubaix, Tunis, and Dakar, while fostering skills development and implementing corrective actions to optimize results. Prior to this role, Julien held positions as a Chef d'Equipe Support Web and Conseiller Technique at OVHcloud, and has experience in customer service and commercial roles from time spent at Teleperformance and Numericable. Julien holds an Executive Master in Business & Management from EDHEC Business School and a BTS in Informatique.
