Laurent Renard brings over a decade of experience in hardware engineering and technical support, primarily with OVHcloud since October 2011. As an IT Technical Leader, Laurent has been responsible for the conception, integration, and validation of hardware components in servers, managing hardware lifecycle within data centers, and interacting with OEMs on hardware qualifications. Additional expertise includes overseeing RMA processes for the EMEA region, providing level 1 and 2 support for dedicated server and VPS clients, and training data center teams. Laurent's prior experience encompasses roles in external auditing and technical support at Teleperformance and TechCity Solutions, complemented by formal education from Institut Don Bosco Tournai.
