Carmel Pagnotta

Carmel Pagnotta has extensive experience in the field of product design and user experience. They are currently working as the Lead Product Designer at Ovia Health, where they manage a team and focus on the development of mobile apps for women's health and fertility tracking. Prior to this, Carmel owned an independent design studio called Carmel Pagnotta Design Studio and worked as the Lead User Experience Architect at PODS, where they were responsible for creating user-friendly experiences for employees and customers. They also served as the Director of User Experience at companies like Catalina Marketing and AgileThought. Earlier in their career, Carmel worked at PwC, Solature, and NetPerformance in various design and usability roles.

Carmel Pagnotta earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts with a focus on Electronic Media from the University of South Florida between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, Carmel holds a certification as a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International.
