Currently serving as Sr. Drilling Engineer and Drilling Superintendent at Ovintiv since May 2022, Jason oversees Montney horizontal drilling operations in Northeast British Columbia and Grande Prairie, emphasizing health and safety, cost reduction, and optimization. Prior notable roles include Project Manager at KTI Limited, where Jason managed smart-water meter replacement projects for Canadian municipalities, and various senior positions at companies such as Tourmaline Oil Corp, Baytex Energy Corp, Devon Energy, Shell, and Husky Energy, focusing on drilling engineering and project management. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and a diploma in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering from SAIT.
