Tor Stenbakken

Tor Stenbakken, MBA, is a seasoned professional in the field of learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Advisor at Ovintiv since August 2023. Previously, Stenbakken held the position of Senior Manager of Learning and Development at TrueML, where responsibilities included designing strategic programs and administering engagement surveys to enhance employee experience.
