Michel Megelas

Michel Megelas is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Ovivo since March 2021, Michel has previously held significant positions including Chief Legal Officer at Loop Industries and Senior Counsel at Ovivo Inc. Michel's expertise encompasses a range of legal matters, including divestitures, restructurings, and operational agreements across Canada, Europe, and North Africa.
