Tink Strydom possesses extensive experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in fibre procurement and livestock management. Currently serving as Manager of Fibre Procurement, Marketing & Operations at OVK Group since January 2019, Tink oversees wool and mohair procurement processes and logistics. Previous roles include Manager of Fibre Procurement and Shearing Services and Manager of Livestock & Fibre at Hartebeesfontein-Merino’s, where Tink also operated a Merino stud business focused on wool production from 1992 to 2018. Additional leadership experience includes serving as Vice President of the National Wool Growers Association Eastern Cape ZA and as a Board Member of Merino SA. Tink holds a Post Graduate degree in Sustainable Agriculture, Rural Development & Extension from the University of the Free State and an Agricultural Diploma from Grootfontein Agricultural College.
