Rheza also gained research experience as an intern and research assistant at Fachhochschule Erfurt, where they developed a wireless localization system.

Rheza Satria completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information and Communication Technology at the Swiss German University from 2008 to 2012. Rheza then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Electrical Engineering at Fachhochschule Südwestfalen for a brief period in 2011. In 2012, Rheza Satria attended Hult International Business School and obtained a Master of International Business in International Business in 2013. Prior to their tertiary education, they graduated from SMA Negeri 1 Semarang, completing their Senior High School education from 2005 to 2008. Rheza also obtained additional certifications in various fields such as Google Kubernetes Engine, Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals, and Agile with Atlassian Jira.
