Currently serving as Senior Technical Manager for Productivity Solutions, James leads a team focused on innovative technical solutions, automation, and integrating advanced technologies to enhance operational efficiency. Previous roles include Senior Tech Services Manager, where James oversaw a team of over 35 members to deliver IT service management to more than 13,000 employees, and Tech Support Manager, responsible for strategic scalability and technical integration following acquisitions. With a background in technical support and customer service, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Professional Musicianship from the Bristol Institute of Modern Music, James has demonstrated a commitment to quality and effective technology use.
