Currently serving as the Operational & Strategy Lead for Paygo Customer Care at OVO since September 1998, Paul has previously held various managerial roles at SSE plc from December 2006 to January 2022, including managing Smart PAYG Faults and being the first Smart PAYG Team Manager. Throughout this career, Paul has specialized in diagnosing faults and complex issues, ensuring effective resolutions for customers.
