Sarah Bartlett

Sarah Bartlett is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a People Development Partner at OVO since June 2019. In this position, Sarah leads OVO's coaching culture initiative and the My Progress performance management program. Prior roles at OVO include People Operations Manager and HR Business Partner. Prior to OVO, Sarah worked at ELEMIS as a Senior HR Advisor, supporting the Avonmouth site, and Oak Tree Mobility as an HR Manager, where Sarah established a new HR department and implemented a comprehensive appraisal process. Sarah's career began at Clifton Hotels, where responsibilities ranged from HR and Training Manager to HR Assistant and Hotel Receptionist. Educational qualifications include CIPD certifications in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from the University of Brighton.
