Stephen Harris

Stephen Harris is a seasoned professional in the energy sector, currently serving as VP of Energy at OVO since March 2015. In this role, Stephen leads a team focused on the development of a Commercial Strategy that enhances the Energy Retail Business, reporting directly to the Retail CEO. Prior positions include VP of Trading & Portfolio Management and Energy Director at OVO, where responsibilities encompassed Trading, Customer Operations, and Compliance. Previously, Stephen was the Head of Term Portfolio Management at GDF SUEZ Energy International and the Head of Term Trading at International Power plc, managing various trading activities across multiple energy markets. Beginning a career as a Trading Analyst, Stephen also contributed to establishing International Power's UK Electricity Retail Business as a Commercial Manager. Stephen holds an MBA in Business and Finance from Alliance Manchester Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Nottingham.
