In 2018, Clémence worked as an Economic Analyst at the Direction générale du Trésor (French Treasury), where they analyzed and provided insights on economic trends.

From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Altai Consulting as an Analyst and later as a Project Manager. Altai Consulting is a strategy consulting and research firm that operates in developing countries.
