Adil Nisar

Adil Nisar is a Pakistani entrepreneur and business executive. Adil is currently serving in an unknown role at Oware Technologies. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and Director of NOVO Light & Power from August 2019 to January 2021.

Novo is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the development, manufacturing, and selling of LED products. Based out of Lahore, it is one of the fastest growing lighting companies in Pakistan. Under Nisar's leadership, the company quickly established a presence in the marketplace as a leading brand.

Nisar was responsible for executing the company’s nationwide strategy to establish a strong brand presence; aligning all sales and marketing efforts to gain market share and exceed the competition. This included implementing scalable processes, defining sales and marketing activities, strategic partnerships, channel development, and identifying lucrative opportunities across markets throughout Pakistan.

Within the first year of operations, Nisar sourced, manufactured, and distributed products from 1 SKU to 200 SKU; resulting in over 2 million units sold. Adil regularly endorsed the company’s values and represented Novo at industry events, promoting brand awareness and actively seeking opportunities to improve services through understanding customers’ demands.

Adil Nisar has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Business Administration. Adil also has A-levels in Mathematics, Physics, Economics and Chemistry from St. Patricks High School in Karachi. Adil has O-levels in Science from DA public school O & A levels.
