Matthias Heil

Matthias Heil is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer experience and cloud solutions. Currently serving as the Global Customer Experience Account Lead at Google since June 2018, Matthias partners with technical and business leadership teams to drive services and build trusted relationships. Prior roles include Customer Success Manager at Google Cloud, where Matthias focused on helping customers adopt cloud products and Senior Technical Account Manager for SAP SE, managing Google Professional Services. Additional contributions include membership in OWASP, active involvement with The Climate Reality Project, and pursuing an Executive MBA at Mannheim Business School. Previous experience at Microsoft Deutschland GmbH involved global service delivery and cloud platform solutions, and Matthias holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University.
