Nicole Hornung

Nicole Hornung is an experienced customer service professional with a background in technical support and call center supervision. Currently serving as a Technical Support Supervisor at Other World Computing since March 2020, Nicole has also held roles as Call Center Supervisor and Customer Service Representative within the same company.
