Abel Natali

Abel Natali has had a successful career in the construction industry. Abel started as a Jobsite Superintendent at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. in 2006 and later became an Assistant Project Manager before leaving in 2010. Abel then joined Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. again in 2010, this time as a Project Manager and LEED Accredited Professional. Abel was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2016. In 2019, Abel Natali joined Coastal Craftsmen Construction as the Principal, specializing in ground-up new construction and green building. Abel has achieved the LEED AP BD&C Designation, and they are well-known for accurately estimating construction costs and maintaining open communication with clients and subcontractors.

Abel Natali completed their education from 1999 to 2003 at the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, where they pursued a degree in Finance. Following their education, Abel obtained additional certifications including a Certified General Contractor certification from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in January 2012, a Real Estate Broker or Sales certification from the same institution in March 2004. Abel also holds certifications in Construction Documents Technologist (CDT™) from the Construction Specifications Institute and LEED BD+C Accredited Professional from the U.S. Green Building Council, although the specific dates of obtaining these certifications are unavailable.
