Cade Dammen started their work experience as an intern at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co., where they served as a Project Engineer for three years. After that, they became a Project Superintendent, responsible for on-site management of construction projects, including scheduling, coordination, quality control, and safety. In 2019, they were promoted to Director Of Field Operations. Prior to joining Owen-Ames-Kimball Co., Cade worked at O'Leary Paint as a Delivery/Customer Service associate, delivering paint to contractors and maintaining warehouse stock.
Cade Dammen attended Ferris State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management / Civil Engineering.
