Leo Smith

Leo Smith has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, currently serving as Division Manager Airports at Owen-Ames-Kimball Co. since April 2005, overseeing a multi-million dollar airport division and numerous projects. Prior to this role, Leo was a Resident Engineer at Parsons Brinckerhoff/Sepi Engineering from 2001 to 2004, providing quality assurance on civil projects, and served as a Resident Engineer for The LPA Group/GSP Airport Authority from 1999 to 2001, representing the Owner's interests on various civil and architectural initiatives. Earlier positions include Program Manager at Edwards and Kelcey, managing a $250 million expansion program, and Resident Project Representative at The LPA Group, focusing on terminal projects.
