Tom Richardson

Tom Richardson is the Sales Manager for the PVS Structures Commercial Division at Owen Industries, Inc. Tom has been with Owen Industries since February 2013, first as a Construction Attorney and more recently in their current role.

Tom is responsible for managing corporate litigation, arbitration, and mediation on matters related to breach of contract, change orders, disputed payments, delay claims and other claims that arise on construction projects. Tom also coordinates the corporate legal response to construction and related claims with outside counsel. In addition, Tom reviews and modifies industry standard contracts for the sale of structural steel for construction projects from $100K to over $25MM.

Tom has a Juris Doctor from George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech. Tom is a member of the American Bar Association and the Virginia State Bar.

Tom Richardson has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from University of Denver - Sturm College of Law, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Business and German from Paderborn University, and a BA in German - International Business from University of St. Thomas.
