Madison's expertise includes conceptualizing and producing unique, on-brand designs while maintaining high execution standards. Prior roles include Senior Designer, focusing on high-quality digital assets, and Production Designer, specializing in precise production files. Before joining Owen Jones and Partners, Madison was an Experience Designer at Gallagher - An Experience Agency, where immersive experiences were designed to enhance consumer engagement. Madison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Arts from the University of Oregon, completed in 2015.
