Ana Mello

Ana Mello currently serves as the Global Director of Finance for Manufacturing Insulation at Owens Corning, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, Mello was the Director of Finance for Automotive Americas at TE Connectivity from January 2022 to September 2023. A nine-month sabbatical was taken from May 2021 to January 2022 for personal reflection and career resetting. Mello's extensive experience includes roles such as Sr. Director of Finance for Global Automotive eMobility at Eaton, CFO and Area Controller for Latin America at Nexans Brasil, and multiple finance director positions at Eaton. Mello also held various key financial roles at Alstom, including Head of Operations Controlling for LATAM. Academic qualifications include an MBA in International Business from FIA Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade de Sorocaba, a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from USP, and a Master of Science in Finance, Corporate Finance from the University of Michigan.
