Andy MacLean

Andy Maclean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational leadership and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Global TPM Composites and Insulation at Owens Corning since October 2012, Andy is instrumental in deploying and managing Lean methodologies within a diverse international client base. Previously, Andy held leadership roles at SMMT Industry Forum, where responsibilities included sales and marketing direction as well as programme management for TPM awards, alongside an earlier position as Operations Director at Boulton Construction Products Limited, which involved significant business turnaround achievements. With a solid foundation in engineering from De Montfort University, Andy's career also includes roles at VAX Domestic Appliances and Erlson Engineering Ltd, showcasing a robust background in manufacturing and operational efficiency.
