Cheng Sun is currently the Global Operations Director at Owens Corning, overseeing global Glass Reinforcements Fiber operations since 2012. Previously, Cheng served as the Managing Director for China and Director of Operation & Supply Chain for Asia-Pacific at Owens Corning Fiberglas, responsible for multiple manufacturing sites across Japan, Korea, India, and China. Prior to that, Cheng worked as the General Manager for Saint-Gobain Glass in China, managing P&L for two manufacturing sites and three sales offices. Cheng holds a PhD in Thermal Physics and Energy Science from Université de Poitiers, and a Master's degree in Combustion, Heat Transfer, and Energy Science from Ecole Centrale Paris, as well as a Master's in Energy Technology from the Asian Institute of Technology.
