Dillon Bossell

Dillon Bossell is currently an Engineering Lead at Owens Corning, beginning in December 2022. Prior to this, they worked at PepsiCo as a Maintenance/Engineering Supervisor from October 2020 to November 2022. From June 2019 to October 2020, Dillon served as an Associate Engineer - Mechanical at ArcelorMittal USA, where they managed a department of mechanical and electrical maintenance technicians and implemented various maintenance strategies. Dillon also worked as an Electrohydraulic Research Assistant at Ohio University from August 2018 to May 2019 and as an Engineering Intern at MarkWest Energy Partners, L.P. from May 2017 to August 2018. In addition, Dillon has experience working as an Assistant to Street Superintendent at the Village of Cadiz from June 2013 to August 2016, as a Store Associate at Orme Hardware Co from February 2014 to June 2015, and as a Funeral Home Attendant at Clark-Kirkland Funeral Home from January 2014 to March 2015.

Dillon Bossell completed their education at Ohio University from 2015 to 2019, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Technology and Management. Prior to that, they attended Harrison Central High School from 2012 to 2015, completing their high school education with a focus on General Studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Dillon Bossell obtained the IVES Certified Trainer certification from the IVES Training Group in August 2022. Dillon also received the Certified Manufacturing Specialist certification from the Association of Technology, Management, and Applied Engineering (ATMAE) in April 2019.
