Kristen Culbertson

Kristen Culbertson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Kristen is currently working at Owens Corning as an Engineering Lead since October 2022. Prior to this, they were a Manufacturing Engineer at Owens Corning from January 2021 to October 2022. Kristen also worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Owens Corning from January 2020 to January 2021. Kristen started their career at Owens Corning in the Manufacturing Leadership Program, where they worked from June 2018 to January 2020.

Before joining Owens Corning, Kristen worked at the University of Dayton as a Teaching Assistant for Thermodynamics from August 2016 to May 2018. Kristen also served as an Engineering Workshop Undergraduate Manager from August 2015 to May 2018, where they managed a workshop for 500 first-year engineering students and supervised a team of facilitators and room managers.

Kristen gained experience as a Process Engineering Intern at Norwood Medical from May 2017 to August 2017, where they assisted the process engineering department with various projects and updated quality documentation for multiple processes. Kristen also worked as a Process Engineering Co-op at Hohman Plating & Mfg., LLC from April 2016 to August 2016.

Additionally, Kristen has experience as a Greenhouse Assistant at Dill's Greenhouse from May 2015 to July 2015 and as a Coach at Hawks Softball Club from May 2014 to July 2015.

Kristen Culbertson completed their Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Dayton from 2014 to 2018. During their time there, they also pursued minors in Business Administration and Bioengineering. From 2021 to 2023, Kristen is currently enrolled at Penn State University, where they are working towards a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Engineering Leadership.
