Simmon Redman is a Regional Recruiter at Owens Corning since August 2023, previously serving as a Senior Recruiter where the focus included utilizing social media and community engagement for recruitment. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Analyst II for the City of Portland, utilizing best practices in recruitment, and as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Smarsh, overseeing the full cycle recruitment process.
