Sue Seifert

Sue Seifert has been with Owens Corning since 1990, currently serving as the Director of HR Systems, Compliance and Payroll, where accountability includes global HR systems and payroll operations for a workforce of 10,000 employees in the US and Canada. A strong leader, Sue has developed HR strategies as a business partner for various corporate functions, led multiple teams of HR professionals, and improved talent management and supply chain processes. Educational background includes a BA in Management Information Systems with a double major in Computer Science and Business from Juniata College.
